A full Roof Replacement is a major investment, and Matheson homeowners deserve a crew that explains every material option instead of pushing whatever's easiest to install.
A Roof Replacement project touches every layer of your roof system, from decking to final shingle course, and every layer matters for how long it lasts.
Every Roof Replacement includes a pre-project walkthrough so there are no surprises once tear-off actually begins.
Every Roof Replacement crew lead carries current Matheson, CO licensing and full insurance.
Materials staged and crews scheduled to minimize how long your Matheson property sits exposed.
Material and labor costs are broken out separately in every Roof Replacement estimate.
We explain the tradeoffs of each material option in terms that actually matter to you.
Here's the full breakdown of what a Matheson Roof Replacement project with us covers.
We never install new shingles over compromised decking — it gets fixed first, every time.
A proper underlayment system is the difference between a roof that sheds water and one that traps it.
Architectural shingles are installed to manufacturer nail patterns and exposure specs, not a rushed approximation.
For Matheson homeowners considering a longer-lifespan option, we install standing seam and panel metal systems too.
Proper ridge and soffit balance keeps your new Matheson roof running cooler and drier.
We protect landscaping and driveways during tear-off and do a full magnetic nail sweep before leaving.
We start with a conversation about your roof's age, material preferences, and timeline.
Crew leads arrive with the equipment needed for a full property assessment.
You get a full written estimate covering materials, labor, and disposal before any tear-off is scheduled.
A final walkthrough confirms the finished roof matches the agreed scope before we consider the job done.
